Our company produces electric stations for drying and preheating of casting ladles with a capacity of up to 1.5 t.
The SNPRK station is recommended for use in the following cases:
- if the company does not have pipeline gas;
- if the drying of the ladle lining requires strict compliance with the drying schedule.
The station control system allows you to set the schedules of drying or heating of the ladle lining, including up to five stages. Each stage includes heating temperature and temperature holding time.
The maximum heating temperature of the ladle lining is 800°C. The estimated time to reach the maximum temperature in the burning mode is two hours.
The heater is equipped with removable protective screens, to protect workers from radiant heat.
Our stations are certified for use in hazardous production facilities.
